Florida Housing Finance Corporation-

The program offers low-interest 30 and 40 year fixed-rate loans, down payment and closing cost assistance as well as access to credit counseling.  

Teachers, firefighters, healthcare workers, police officers, as well as active duty and veteran military personnel could be eligible for lower interest rates.

United Way Prosperity Centers-

Through the home ownership service, residents will be eligible for 0% interest loans in targeted neighborhoods, receive down payment assistance referrals, and qualify to enter the Individual Development Account (IDA) program, in which for every dollar a participants puts into their IDA savings account, it is matched by another two dollars.
